Your trust is important to us. So we want you to know how we collect, store and handle your personal data.
Why we collect your data
We want to give you the best possible experience of Nick Buick Associates. We hold the data of relevant individuals who fit the profile of candidates our clients typically recruit.
How we collect your data
We do this in a number of ways - including when you share your information with us directly, or make your contact and work history details (which may include your CV) available via job boards such as Reed.co.uk and social business networks such as Linkedin. We treat your data with the utmost care and take appropriate steps to protect it.
When we'll share your data
We'll sometimes share data with third parties to help us provide a better service to you. This will be exclusively with the aim of securing you a job interview with one of our current or prospective clients. When we do this, “your data” usually means your CV, and this will always be with all contact details omitted. Your contact details may be shared with third parties, but only when absolutely necessary, such as the point at which a formal written job offer is being prepared for you, or you are about to start a temporary assignment through us. We will never hold your personal financial information, except if you are temping through us, or have done so in the past.
Know your rights
You have many rights regarding your personal data, including seeing what data we access, and updating or deleting your information. If you’d like to find out more, you can see our Privacy Policy here
